FSG registration Referral program

Starting with 2024, FSG has implemented a Registration referral program available to presenters, entertainment, merchants and volunteers of Free Spirit Gathering. It is currently not available to anyone else.

Request to be added to the program can be done via the request form.


Overview: The Free Spirit Gathering (FSG) offers a referral program for presenters, entertainers, merchants, and volunteers, which is participation-based upon request.

Referral Process:

  1. Request Participation: Interested parties must request to participate in the referral program.
  2. Receive Referral Link: Upon approval, participants receive a personalized referral link via email.
  3. Referral Tracking: The Festival tracks ticket purchases made through these links.
  4. Post-Event Evaluation: The Festival Coordinator and Treasurer evaluate the event’s profitability after its conclusion.
  5. Revenue Sharing: If the event is profitable, up to 20% of the excess revenue(Current year’s expenses plus seed money for next Year) (at the discretion of the treasurer and coordinator) is distributed among the participants. The distribution is proportionate to the ticket sales generated through their referral links. Payments are made via PayPal, Venmo, or other agreed-upon methods.

Disclaimer: Participation in the referral program does not guarantee any payment. The distribution of excess revenue is contingent upon the overall profitability of the event.
